I still remember the day when I stepped into my career with lot of ambitions and passion! I was full of energy and was very eager to take up challenging projects, new roles and I did excel in all that I took up too. I was happy with what all that I did. As years passed, my family responsibilities increased, and I was finding it difficult to strike a balance between personal and official life. Out of fear that I might not be able to manage things at home, I started compromising on my hobbies first and then my career.
